New Layout - Please give feedback
Collected some rocks and driftwood last week and just put it in last night. Tore apart my tank and added them in. Let me know what you think. Dont worry about the equipment, just the rocks and the wood. I will be fixing the equipment today.
Thanks

I'm sorry, I don't really like it that much. The right side is OK. It looks a lot more natural than the left as the driftwood pieces on the left all come out of the same base point. That makes it look staged, not natural.
I also think the thin pieces of driftwood are too small and slender for the tank and the rocks dissapear in the substrate too much. I'd say you need something more substantial. |

i think it has good concept, but some DW with a thicker base would look better. and maybe some bigger rocks that create a higher contrast, maybe darker ones, right now they seem to blend into the substrate and i think will be totally lost among plants. i do like the shape of the rocks though

it has been a long time since my last post but i saw this and see a few good options. the substrate looks good. but i would do one of two things. either add more wood and keep it spread out like you have it or put all the driftwood on one side with small rocks around the base and then put one maybe two of the bigger rocks on the other side. and try and keep your taller stem plants on the same side as your DW and low growing stuff on the other. you can still use taller plants in the back but i wouldnt go with anything bigger then Nana or something like that. this will create a triangle type scape. hope that helps and its just what i noticed really quick.

I think the scape looks cool. I'd like to see it once you've added the plants. Maybe a big slim rock or driftwood shooting up to the right or left off-center, but it all depends with what you do with plant placement.
scratch that w/ plants I think its fine how it is
