Rio water pumps

Is there any Rio water pump that can be used out of water?

I don't think Rio makes one. Try doing a search on external water pumps.

I think most of the submersible pumps are dependent on being fully submersed for cooling and such.

Do you not have enough room in your tank, or is there something else you are trying to do?

I don't know if this is practical, or even a good idea, but if you really need to house the pump outside of the tank, you might be able to put it in a small dish/bucket, and route the tubing to where you need. I'd be real hesitant to try this though.

Oh, now I understand. Kareen, you mean a water pump that can operate in-line, like the Danner water pumps.

I have find a good in-line pump it's called Sieec water pump that is quit I need a in-line pump I have two tidepool wet/dry one for each overflow on my 125 and the pump sit in the middle I have a mag-drive but it hums to much and I was told the rio were good pumps but not made for inline use I'v look at yutub about the Sicce pumps thay look like thay are good pumps any one have any info on them let me know. Im srorry about the misunderstanging Thanks
