Nobody to blame but myself...
When I stopped in this morning with a coffee it became apparent that someone decided to take a locked thread... (by Fender I imagine )...copy/paste it and start the conversation all over.
I had never read that thread before and now I know why it was locked...
it was slanderous and only begging for trouble. Many of you may not know it but anything and evrything posted in web forums can be copied and used/verified as evidence in lawsuits of which there are several pending right now...
I did not mean to make it disappear however I was going to suggest it to Fender to do.
I wanted only to remove the " NEWLY " unlocked version to go away but it took both with it as it was copy/pasted and saw it as same post.
That was not the end result I was looking for... sorry if i offended anyone or made you search needlessly for Topic.... my bad there.
But I think that Fender would agree that a locked forum is locked for a reason and the ole copy/paste trick aint new fella's and its kind of a slap to the Admin's face.
Every Dog has his day in court but Im sure thats not what you would like to see... believe me when I tell ya that Big brother is reading the Forums and WILL slap you with a screaming lawsuit for slander... the $$$ go up by # of visitors that had opportunity to read. Would you like to pay that Bill ?
To all I apologize...
...to the individual that decided it was time to reopen a locked forum like that all I can say is ...:sad::sad:

I was one of the people that gave m3 a bad review. I'll take full responsibility for it. It was harsh, and I did the review not realizing that they were going thru some sort of restructuring and I just happened to put in an order between ownerships. For that I apologize. I think they were sold to some other company and the new company is servicing thier customers very well. As a matter of fact, I just ordered some stuff from them because they have a great product line and some people have had some great experiences with them lately.

I did not however copy and paste the old post or unlock the old forum. I'm to stupid to know how to do that.

I have a suggestion : If we are not allowed to give bad reviews then we should eliminate The Vendor reviews category or change it to some sort of rating system such as Yahoo does with thier online vendors. Just a suggestion.

I have no idea what anyone is talking about (locked thread, or locked forum) anyway.... I have only said good things about them as I recall. I got the service I was promised by the vender and by UPS.

Eheim pimp #128, 55gal 13x20x48, Eheim Pro 2227, CO2 injected, into the filter breather tube,4x 55w Pcs , 12 hr light cycle (sunrise/sunset simulated), Milwaukee SMS 122, faulty bubble counter replaced with M3 bubble counter..... moderately Planted, Plantex CSM+B and ferts

To steal ideas from one person is plagiarism; to steal from many is research

It was not me personally who locked that thread as I was not following it. I thank which ever moderator did lock it. I 100% back the decision Buck made and thanx to him bringing this problem to my attention new forum rules will be put into place.

M. Lemay I am now considering closing the vendors review section if a better option cannot be found.

Is anyone here a lawyer or atleast know the legal system well? IF so please contact me either by PM or by email at fender963@plantedtank.net
