Are you the guy with the Swagelok regulator too? If you are, then I'm green with envy! How much did those gauges cost you? Is that the 2.5 inch size gauges? The original gauges on that Air Product are 2.5inch for sure, which is the same as mine.

I'm like the only one with huge gauges. It makes my regulator look like it has mickey mouse ears.

Lol yup I still got the Swagelok regulator that Oldpunk built it for me. That one cost me more than what I expected. Anyway back on the regulator, the swagelok gauge are alot smaller and nicer looking than the original big plastic cover that it came with. Got it for $50 both gauge plus ship at evilbay. I will be putting this on my other tank that has an older smith GLA regulator with it that I fixed coz it has a leak and its having a EOTD which I don't want with my shrimps and fish. Great to know I'm not the only one using a 1998 regulator, how are u liking it?

1998 regulator? I'm not using a GLA, I have a different regulator. Say, what is the max operating pressure of that regulator? The gauge goes to 100psi, so I'm guessing 30 - 50?

It's a 'D' regulator so it should be 100psi.

Build my own Dual stage regulator

The air product regulator was manufactured in 1998. Oldpunk is wright it is 100 psi max. I will be getting the high pressure gauge today so I will pressure check it again. It pass the first time with the old gauge so this should be ok. Pictures next

Looks great! I'm jealous. I'm still rocking my old Victor single stage from evilbay. Its hard to spend a ton when mine still works.

Wow, sexy. This is probably the first time in many years I see a build started with a brand new regulator.

Yep, I have the same Dual stage Swagelok regs and post parts also. ?the Gauge replacements look nice on the Air products.

These are as good as the dual stages get, they do not come cheap, but if you like the best stuff, this is the manure.

Regards,
Tom Barr

Thank you all!!! Yup I have to work overtime to get this regs lol. If you want to know how much it is pm me I will definitely direct u were to get stuff. Both the regulators are brand new but you can get some at the evilbay I tried that but the one I got is busted and not usable. So if you don't want to have any trouble and headache just get it new. Ok here is the new tank scape of my tank.
