Inline heater recommendations?

Looking to get rid of the huge ugly suction cup heater in my 46 gallon.

Any suggestions?

I'm a worry wart, so dead-reliable is my first consideration, not cost.

Advanced canister filters (with built-in heaters) aside, is there actually any other inline aquarium heater offerings on the market besides Hydor?

Hmmmm...it's so hard to find any consensus here.

A Hydor 200 it is then.
