Eheim automatic fish feeder...

Im looking into buying an automatic fish feeder, i find myself away from home for days at a time and hate it when my fish start munching on my plants because they dont get feed regularly...

Im looking into the eheim automatic fish feeder for dispensing pellets.

Does anyone have experience with it and how well it works?

Thanks!
Jasmine

Works great for me. Holds a reasonably large amount of food, adjustable doses, accurate scheduling.

I've been using it on a daily basis for over 5 years and just had to buy a replacement as my housekeeper knocked it into the tank.

I bought little velcro tabs for the new one to hold securely in place.

After 50 years I do a lot of things right, but still get things wrong

I use pellets in mine and it can be difficult to adjust the opening.... Even a little and a ton of food would spill out. I resorted to putting a thin strip of tape (covering the sticky side) over the opening to better regulate the amount of food it was dispensing. Definitely test out the feeder for a few days to ensure it is not clogging or dumping too much food out
