its slightly more then 4g, should I use the azoo palm/mignon 60 filter or an aquaclear 20?

Depend on how you are going to plant it, heavily planted i would not use any filter, just let the plants do the job. Equipment is always ugly on a tank, i bet a heavily planted low iron cube with just a hidden bubbler would look very nice.

If i should choose between the filters, i like Aquaclears hobs.

Aquaclear 20 would work. More media space and options.

18g (Red Cherry Neo Shrimp | Malawa Shrimp)
7.5g (Yellow Neo Shrimp)
3.2g (Pumpkin Neo Shrimp)
2g (Snails)
11.4g (new home soon for the Pumpkin Neos)
