Two sraybars on one cannister filter

Anyone ever try running two spraybars on one canister filter? How did it work out?

My thoughts were to put a "t" on the output and run each end to its' own spraybar on each end of the tank.

It works fine as long as you have enough flow. Use a "Y" instead of a "T" if you can.

Well it's a 450 GPH filter that is going onto a 48" x 24" x 24" tank so I don't think flow will be an issue. I guess I'll have to try it and see. If it's just a small trickle out each spraybar I suppose I'l have to ditch one of them and go with a more standard config.

I tried it on Eheim 2075 (330 gph rating) with a Y splitter and the flow was pathetic. It's back to a single spray bar now.

On a 48x18x18 over-planted I ended up with 2 x Eheim 2075.
