CO2 Tank question

I'm going to go take a look at a steel CO2 tank...maybe a 10 pounder. Do they all come with a CGA valve if the tank is pressurized? If not, if the guy is selling the tank without, how hard and expensive will it be to get one installed? All of the pics I've seen online on this forum shows CO2 tanks with CGA valves so I don't know what the connection point at tank would looks like without one installed? Thanks.

I have never seen a CO2 cylinder without the valve on top.

As far as I know, they are all manufactured with the valve.

I picked up the tanks and they are 5 lb tanks with the valves on them. I recently bought a Matheson regulator that came with a CGA stem but it doesn't seem to connect to the valve that is on the tanks. Below is a pic of the valve connection and my CGA stem. Any help you guys can provide is greatly appreciated.

You appear to have a CGA346 stem and nut (air), a CGA350 stem and nut (hydrogen) or perhaps a CGA540 stem and nut (oxygen). They are all very similar looking. You will need to replace it with a CGA320 stem and nut.

Thanks Blade. Now I just need to find a CGA320 hopefully local so I can just pick it up and not wait around for shipping.
