The cheapest regulator

After reading through what I feel are dozens of threads on regulators and researching extensively I've come to the conclusion that I still don't know enough to be comfortable buying anything but a premade high end regulator, my question to everyone is what is the cheapest regulator out there that I can use with a co2 tank (refilling price and/or size isn't an issue, I have a 50lb tank in my garage that I use to refill) and won't decide to die on me and gas all my fish?
I'm hoping to spend <$100, but reality is beginning to sink in and I don't think I'll get away with that

Check out the aquatek on [Ebay Link Removed] They have a regular CGA320 and a paintball version. $79.99 shipped. Seems most have had good luck with it. The main complain is that the needle valve isn't the greatest, but that can be upgraded later.

adjust the flow rate is a PITA, no solenoid can be used with this kind of "regulator".

Yep, I already have a CGA320 adaptor, and I'll try and find that aquatek on ebay
