spray bar or nozzle, and where to aim? for 125g

I'm thinking spray bar over nozzle for this tank, but I'm not entirely sure.

From there, I'm not sure where to aim the two spray bars that I'll have due to the tank having a two "center" overflows. Should they point towards the front of the tank, or each one on a side pointing inwards? one pointing towards the front and one inwards?

or should I go with the nozzles?

I personally prefer a wide/ large single return. it seems to give a better surface agitatio accross the whole tank, as well as honestly preventing dead spots. this method has so far worked the best in my tanks. matter of fact i like it so much im doing a DIY 1.5 inch return on my 75 gallon to slow flow down so i can increase the gph that goes through the tank

however a diy spray bar spanning the lenth of the tank probably will not leave much dead spots, but wont provide man slower flow zones for fish looking for rest?

i truly think this is one of those things that has too many variables... ie tank size, filter size, use of pumps

I say try a few things and see what works best for you
