Too bad they are china made now. The older ones are like collectables now lol enjoy the eheim. I love them.

Til it breaks ( if it happens ) lol Since eheim got moved to china issues have been popping up. Other then cheaping out on manufacturing costs, quality control is down, and flimsier parts have been noticed. In true Chinese made fashion. Just hope this isn't a new beginning of bigger problems that become the norm for us.

They are still miles ahead of the Chinese knockoffs in quality, you got a great filter for 60 bux!
Waiting to see what this 20l is gonna look like at full blast

Does anyone have advice for inflow/outflow equipment placement in a 20L aquarium? I'm running a 2215 in mine, with the intake in the back left corner and the spray bar attached to the top of the left side, directing water across the length of the tank. The current this setup creates appears too strong for my fish, discouraging them from swimming in the middle or top regions of the tank.

Is it possible to mitigate the strong current through outflow placement, rather than reducing filter flow? I'm not attached to the spray bar, if removing it would help.

hisxlency-How do you like the 2217 on your 20L? I am going to pick up either the 2215 or 2217. I can quite decide which one to do.
