Need help choosing a heater and sump pump.

I'm planning on replacing one of my Canister filters with a wet dry, what is a good heater for the sump, and what kind of pump do you recommend for a 75 gallon? The wet dry I'm looking at says 400 gph. I'm looking for something quiet.

I just put the usual submersible heaters into the sump. I make a cage for them from egg crate and zip ties as I hate suction cups and the sound of glass slamming into the wall of the sump.

I use this calculator to attempt to figure out how large a pump I need.

Search reefcentral on google for many threads such as this one. I saved this thread but ended up buying a Laguna Max Flo. Take the cage off and it looks like a regular pump! For some reason energy use doesn't get mentioned often, Rio HyperFlow and the smaller Quiet Ones are more efficient than Mags and Eheims.

The pump u need depends on your pipe tubing.
Heater also depend on the gallon of the sump.
For heater I like to time 2.

For a 40gallon sump I like to go 250w or 2 150w
