Question Rex Reactor mounted horizontally?

I am short on vertical space. Are there any issues with mounting a Rex Reactor horizontally? TY.

If you go back 5 or 6 years into reactor threads, you'll see an awful lot of posts recommending a 20-30 degree tilt to the reactor.

But, no, I wouldn't go horizontal. If you have no exterior space, how about just a simple venturi reactor in the tank itself?

You could also do what I did and create a reactor that curves on it self. I built one with 3 legs and 2 u bends. Worked like a champ and I had full saturation by the time the water left the reactor. Cant post pics right no but will in a few days.

Please post ASAP, I want to see!

As to the reactor, some angle would definitely benefit turn it sideways and you lose the water column height that dissolves the co2

Thank you people for advise: I am a little less ignorant today because of you.

Couple of reasons:
I try to keep as much equipment out of the tanks as possible
CO2 distribution

I currently have a glass ceramic disk diffuser right under a Coralia mini Evo pump in that tank. Time to fix my two issues above.
