Hydor "Contact us"... They don't respond
I bought a new Hydor 50W heater back in January 2012 for my 10 gallon.
It it stayed on and would not cycle off, so I returned it to the LFS for an exchange.
The replacement worked fine until now. It started to heat the tank to 82.4, even when I turn it down all the way to 71.
There is no Phone number listed, and I have sent them 3 emails: 3 weeks ago, 2 weeks ago, and last week with no response.
Has anyone ever dealt with them before for warranty issues?
Last Hydor product I will ever buy.
Any suggestions for an economical/reliable replacement ?
