CRS and Equilibrium

Hi guys,

Has anyone used equilibrium to remineralize their RO water for their CRS tank? I have some from my other tank and if possible not spend money on Mosura Mineral Plus until I needed it. Will they breed? Dosage?

Avoid seachem equilibrium when keeping inverts. This one is considered a dirty gh booster. I've suffered many deaths until i realized it as equilibrium and switched to fluval shrimp remineralizer, then shirakura ca+, then finally salty shrimp gh+.

spend the money on quality here.

I have been using it for years with shrimp. While I have an occasional shrimp death, mine breed and thrive and I never even though equilibrium to be an issue. Is anyone else having a problem with it? I have some shrimp re-mineralizer stuff too but I add that in addition to the equilibrium.

20g L46/hastatus/pygmy corys, 10g OEBTs, 10g blue bees/blue velvet shrimp, 10g CRS, 15g L174s, 10g yellow shrimp, 15g clown plecos/L340 fry, 25g L134s/CPDs, 29g Weitzmani/panda corys, 46g L134s/salt and pepper corys/BNs, rubberlip pleco, 55g SAE/L201s/L199s/BNs/kissing gourami, 75g L316s/BNs/old fish folk, 30g L340s/L211s/CPDs/micro rasboras,10g tangerine tiger/snowball shrimp, 20g L134/habrosus corys, 10g CPD fry

I use Shirakura ca+, one ml per gallon takes it from 1 gh to 5 GH. Perfect for me
