How cold is too cold?

I have RCS in a 1.75g no tech bowl. With winter coming nighttime temps in my house drop to around 50/60. Is this too cold or will it just slow reproduction.
It's a long story why I don't run my heat at night that isn't worth the discussion, but, we don't run the heater at night so it does get cold.
If this is too cold, what heater would work for such a small bowl. I have a top fin 7.5w heater but I m worried the bowl being so small it will cook the shrimp.
I would prefer no heater. It's primarily planted, but I dropped two rcs(male and female) in and they have been reproducing consistently. I scoop out babies when I can as live food for my community tank(I know, terrible, but it's great for my fish and I am sure they enjoy the hunt, the fish, not the shrimp)
Any help would be appreciated.

If in doubt, add more plants!

My not-enough-plants-but-not-enough-space-to-put-anymore-so-will-start-going-up-box-of-water.

Nope shouldn't be too cold at all. I've had cherries in outside containers that did fine in much cooler temps.

At least you don't have to worry about bacterial problems

I think that less than 50 might stress them, thought.
