Water for shrimp tanks

Has anybody here that keeps shrimp every used bottled spring water for their water changes. I have a terrible time keeping my PH and GH up when it comes to shrimp. Would that supply the needed minerals for shrimp. Just came across this on the internet.
** SPRING WATER ** (excellent)
Commercially available spring water is drinkable water that comes from any underground source but not from a public,
municipal water supply. Spring water is “natural water” that has not been processed in any way before bottling and, therefore,
has the same properties and quality as the underground source. It is bottled directly from its natural source - usually a nonindustrial
area near few pollutants. Normally, spring water contains less than 500 ppm (parts per million) of total dissolved
solids. Examples of spring water brands (all of which I have found to be “freshwater invertebrate-friendly”) Any opinions.

I used to keep an open mind but my brains kept falling out.

I wouldn't. 500 tds is alot and you don't know what's in it exactly. How much sodium, calcium etc? You can use bottled distilled or reverse osmosis water and remineralize it with something like salty shrimp gh+.

"Spring water" is BS. The majority is just filtered tap water.
