ow to get blackworms out of shrimp tank?

i have a good population of blackworms that snuck into my shrimp tank in plants , what would be the best way to remove them?

i dont know how you would go about trapping them, but if you do manage, id love to get some.
did you try vacuuming the substrate? i dont know if they would hold on well enough to not get sucked up or not.

Adding a loach temporarily would solve the problem. A dwarf puffer would work too, but I think they would go after the shrimp at the same time.
