Rhabdocoela or Planaria, I have no idea

Okay, so last time I posted about white worms near my floaters in my 18g and the thinking was that they were Rhabdocoela.

Lately, I noticed these guys moved to the substrate and I haven't seen much of them until tonight. I put food into the tank for the Mystery Snails and left for about 30 minutes. The light was on and usually the lights are out at this time. I came back and noticed those white worms. They were on the glass and also some were crawling along the substrate. Different sizes. All white. Kept going back to the substrate.

So I ask, Rhabdocoela or Planaria? I have no idea. Are they easy to tell apart? Does Rhabdocoela crawl on the substrate? Looking at pictures is not helping me.

I fed my tanks with Mystery Snails everyday and food last about 2 hours.

3.2g (Pumpkin Neo Shrimp)

Rhabdacoela will move in the substrate and on the glass. Pretty sure planaria will do the same thing. The difference is the planaria's triangle shaped head and eyes. There is quite literally NO WAY you can confuse the two once you've seen them both.

I'll look at the tank often today to see if I can figure this out. Thanks!
