Blue Velvet?

Hi everyone, I got this little guy yesterday along with two RRS and one CRS. After looking through the web, I'm not sure as to whether this lil guy is a Blue Velvet or Blue Pearl, and if it's possible to breed him with any of the other shrimps that I brought along. (Kind of sure he is a male)

I'm going to bet Blue Pearl, but I'm no expert.

10G - Low Tech Planted [ Chocolate Neos, MTS, Tracked Nerite / Anubias Nana, Windelov Java Fern, Water Wisteria, Dwarf Sag ]
29G - Non Planted Native Tank [ Creek Chub, Yellowfin Shiners, MTS / Water Wisteria ]

Looking at how light the blue is, I think it is blue pearl. What's RRS?

RAOK Club and BBRR Club! My thinking has been invert-ed!

Yeah they are. As a first time shrimp owner, I'm pleased. . I can't imagine how a red rili with a blue neo would look like? Are there any pics around?

I forgot to mention, the blue one was separate from the rilis. If I can recall correctly, the shrimp was in with some orange and yellow shrimps.
