What type of Prefilter do you like to use in your shrimp tanks?

What type of Prefilter do you like to use in your shrimp tanks? I have tried sponge and two types of SS (stainless steel) prefilters and this is the one I really like, but it broke the other day. The rubber inlet harden up and broke in half as I was trying fit in on my eheim intake pipe. . I can't find anymore of these anywhere. What types of Prefilters do you guys like now? I have bought those SS filters on Aquabid for $15 shipped and all it is a piece rolled up SS mesh and two rubber gaskets. They looked and felt cheap and didn't do as a good job as the ones pictured below.

Get a sponge filter that has the nozzle to connect to your HOB or intake filter.

Mine

Not the best looking but almost never needs cleaning and also acts as a beneficial bacteria farm, food for shrimplets.

Finally Nick reveal one of his Area 51 breeding ground!
That thick sponge definately will prevent babies getting sucked in.

Btw is there any hard-sponge prefilter that looks like fluval prefilter?
