Bad molt or mutation?

When looking at my tank today I found a shrimp that looked like this. Is this a bad molt or should I be worried?

Is its face all messed up? I can't tell really well from the picture.

yeah, sorry about the bad pic. The best way for me to describe it would be that it looks like her rostrum got squished upward somehow. I have 8 other shrimp in the tank and they all look fine, and I've never had this happen before and I've had these shrimp for several months. Which is why i was worried. It looks really weird to be honest. But if you think its just a bad molt then hopefully she'll look more normal by the next one. She's eating fine and everythng. Her face just is all messed up.
