The best water perimeter for shrimps?

Hi, my tank is not going very well... Sakura just could not live in my tank while crs is just surviving(well...not so good). So I decided to make the water best for the shrimps to thrive and breed. I need to know the best water perimeter for crs, sakura and tiger. Can anyone share their water perimeter which the shrimps is thriving very well? Thanks.
