My berried Ruby Red, Parents prolly some CBS....little effort required.

So yeah bought a WR and RR tb a month ago as an experiment....to see if it could live in my tank......

Specs:
1. Azoo Plant grower bed
2. Sandstone hardscape
3. H. Japan + Fissidens Moss
4. 4 gallon Schuber Wright
5. Non spraybar setup using zoomed 501 and purigen
6. Attached breeder box on the side for OEBT

.....params...
I don't test for gH or kH. I use R/O with 4 drops of Shirakura Ca+ per liter. TDS is maintained around 200-210. Water change once every 1-2 weeks, about 15-20%. Topoffs from evap with straight R/O

Pics.....got yelled at for not including 56k warning last time....quite frankly....I don't care lol if you open this thread.

Shrimps in the tank:
1. 20 or so CBS (A-SS grade)
2. SSS Crs (juvies atm)
3. 1 WR TB
4. 1 RR TB

haha yeah it's dark. But, it's probably the lack of light and a flash that made it seem that dark.

haha sure do! The new tank ain't lookin so hot. Shrimp deaths left and right. It's the only tank I do a RO TAP mix so I'm thinking there's copper in those old pipes in the campus townhouses. Switching to RO which sucks cause I think it's a waste on neo's....

Yep. I just do a water change and that's about it. I feed protein to get them berried and I crush the occansional ramshorn for them. I also tend to forget and leave the lights on all day lol

I didn't regret it when I switched to RO on neos.

When I used to use tap water with chloramine removed, I slowly had shrimp dying every day. So it definitely is our school pipes bro.

haha still berried last time I saw it.
The biggest issue now is how overrun it is with H. Japan and I see the berried ruby red, but I doubt I'd be able to see babies anytime soon in that mess.
