saddle to berried

hi i got some cherry shrimp couple few months back and am now noticing alot of shrimp with what i think are saddles. it looks like a almost dark green patch on their heads. Anyways my question is how long does it take from the saddle stage to form 2 the berries or eggs under their stomachs roughly?

It usually takes 2-4 weeks to get berried after they are saddled. It depends on the temperature too. The saddles are usually yellow, ime at least.

Berried egg varies in color: yellow (most common), dark green, light green, black, white... That's all the color I've seen in my tank, don't know if there are any other color for Neos.

Yup, that's a good temperature, just make sure it's not too overstocked, as long as you have good aeration, high temps are fine. 74-78F is best for neos.

Just noticed black colored ones on mine and after googling and seeing only yellow and green mentioned everywhere was thinking something may be wrong, but maybe there is still a chance after all.

Update: nvm. In better lighting its actually green after all.
