Transferring Shrimp

I'm looking to move my cherries from the 10g their into another 10g.

What do I have to do for them?

Put them in a bowl and every so often put in water from the tank their going in?

Drip acclimation is always the best, in my experience. Otherwise, you can put them in a bowl with water and add 10% of the amount of water in the bowl to the bowl from your aquarium (does that make sense?). Add water every 5-10 minutes until the water has doubled, then dump out half an do again. once water has doubled again you can add them to their new tank.

I go lazy for acclimation.

First, put the shrimp in a clean five gallon bucket with an inch of their water from their original tank.
Second, get a length of air line that will reach from the new tank to the bucket.
Third, put a simple knot in the line.
Fourth, start the siphon and watch the water flow.
Fifth, tighten the knot until you get about 1 drop per second into your bucket.
Sixth, set an alarm for four hours.
Seventh, walk away for four hours.

Neos are tough and if the water has similar parameters including ph and temp. Just put them right in. I do it all the time and never have lost a shrimp from it. You could try a couple and wait a day to make sure they are ok if you want to be careful.

For what it is worth, I just transferred about a hundred rili or so to a different tank. The tank was seasoned for around 2 weeks and 1/2 the double sponge filter was switched out from a mature tank for the bacteria.

I just made sure the TDS, ph and temp was similar and plopped them in. Even the berried fems have held onto their eggs fine.

RAOK Club and BBRR Club! My thinking has been invert-ed!
