Baby shrimp survival rate...
So my RCS and CRS have been living in harmony and breeding in the same tank for a long time now. There are always at least one berried female in the tank at any given time, but my baby shrimp survival rate is not as high as I like it to be. Maybe only about 10-20% survival to adulthood at this time. I'm wondering what I can do to increase this. Aside from fishing them out and placing into a different tank (which I do NOT want to hassle with) what else can I do to increase their survival?
Does adding nutrients to the water help the babies survival?
Edit: Before I forget to mention....the tank is an all-shrimp tank obviously.

Reason: all shrimps, no fish!
