Need some killer snails!

I found a snail in my tank; I don't like him there and I don't know what he is..

I want to get some assassin snails to get rid of him!

Let me know if you have any..

Also, sense I am getting some assassins, are there any snails they wont kill that I could also put in my tank?

IMO you should just net out every snail you see until they're all gone. It's much faster.

I have some extra assassins you can have if you tell me how to ship them and cover the costs. Let me know what size too I have some smaller ones that are just growing up and some adults.

why introduce more snails to get rid of snails? won't the new snails also populate the tank? I would put an algae wafer in the tank and watch the snails flock to them. When the waver looks covered with them, scoop them up and throw them away. Keep doing it and you ought to clear up the snail problem in good time

Assasins reproduce slowly ans will not bother full size Nerite snails, also Nerites will not reproduce in freshwater.

I don't know, Rod. I've seen some posts here at TPT about assassins taking down Nerites.

I have also heard of Sins taking down Nerites. I really think they will take down anything they can get at.

Makes perfect sense to me. Pond snails reproduce fast, their egg cluthches are tiny making them hard to find, but contain many eggs. And where there is one, there are more. I think they may be pne of the snail species where even one can produce more. Assassins work well, but I would be suprised to find they won't take a nerite down if hungry. They take down juvie Spixi snails that are larger than an adult nerite. I would combine them with the finger method (smash one ones you see, they run slower that way).
