heat packs and shipping

Anyone have any tips when shipping shrimp using heat packs?

I'm currently using 7x7x6 styro lined boxes.

If I wrap the heat pack will it not work well because it needs oxygen?

on the uni heat ones it says to wrap them in brown paper or news paper not sure y though. when using heat packs i use bigger boxes cause its easy to cook shrimp in a 7x7 cause the heat packs can get up to 100 F if i member right. ive had bn pleco babys come in cooked by a heat pack in a 7x7. i would use either a medium flat rate or at least a regional rate A box
