Treating for Scutariella - Snails?

So, my brand-new order of blue dreams showed up teeming with scutariella japonica, which of course I didn't catch until after they'd been added to the heavily-planted tank. *sigh*

Picked up some PraziPro (praziquantel) to treat the tank, but have a question I haven't found an answer to as of yet:

Pretty much all online sources state that the praziquantel will also kill the snails in the tank - and there are, alas, many. I'm resigned to the pest snails, but would like to save the nerites if I can. My concern is whether the scutariella can/will also infect the nerites - if I remove them, treat the tank, and put them back, will they just re-infect the tank? Or are scutariella specific to the shrimp?

Thank you!

I'm not 100% sure but I think the scutariella may be shrimp specific... I know that Neos can get some species specific parasites that do not bother any other species of shrimp (crystals, amanos, ghosts, whiskers, etc).
