White worm(ish) thing in ammano

Hello, here are the specs-
6g
6 CPD's
4 Ammano
Planted
Parameters good, nitrates high, but am fixing that
My shrimp has what looks similar to a white anchor worm in it. It isn't qt yet, but am planning to today. None of the others have it. Does anybody know what this is?

Looks like the saddle (or ovaries containing eggs) on a female amano!

Without a saltwater tank, there's no point in trying to breed amanos. :/
