I've heard that it contains an anti fungal agent called 'BioSeal.' Regardless of whether or not it's on the label, (according to posters in various forums) the formula is the same.

Search for 'BioSeal' in vivaria and fishy forums. There's a lot of debate about it. A lot of people say they use it without problems. I personally haven't seen any real evidence that would lead me to believe it's unsafe.
