Default Scrap tank I've grown to love.... 7/11 going low tech

As the name implies, this 10g has been sitting beside my attempt at a nice 29 gallon planted tank (in my sig link.) The small tank has been a collection of old equipment, plant scraps, fish I didn't think were "good enough" for the 29g tank..... well you get the point.

Anyway, I've actually ended up liking this tank as much (if not better) than the tank I've sunk all the money into with lights, Co2, external heater, fancy substrate, etc.

It's been up since November and it had a really embarrassing beginning, starting with some plants I burned up in a nano cube I had tried with 3 wpg, no Co2, and no ferts. This happened right when I joined TPT, but I have not stopped reading on the forum since then. I'm addicted!!

Here it is in November. Don't laugh!

and here it is now

Look at the same Wisteria from the first picture... quite a recovery.

No algae to date!

Any suggestions? I need something to fill in the front sides. I'm going to tape some black felt to the back so the spray bar and cords are no longer visible, but other than that....... what direction should I take with this tank? I think I'll keep it for a while. It even has its own spot in the guest bedroom now.
