Medicine Chest

As I am learning more about this hobby, I am finding that fish illness can pop up at any time, even when everything seems to be going right. I have wondered about starting a medicine chest to be proactive and have the right tools available when the time arises....for immediate treatment. What would you keep on hand.....and what illness/, bacteria, fungus, etc would said item treat?

Thanks @roadmaster! It looks like I'm on the right track....3/4 of the way there. All I need is to get some Maracyn & Maracyn II. Salt is already on hand, I do 2 water changes weekly, and filter cleaning every 4-6 weeks.
