DSM - Is this MOLD?

I just started DSM about 2 days ago, and planted a whole lot of Hemianthus Micranthemoides.

And coming back from work today, I noticed this... looks like a bit of hairy/mucusy fibers coming off the leaves. I've zoomed up on it, but is this mold? You can see the white fibers coming off the yellow'ish plant.

If this is infact mold, how should i handle or get rid of this?

I've been keeping the tank completely sealed, misting once a day, with teh lights on about 12 hours. This is a low tank, 8.5 gallons, ADA 60F.

no that doesnt look like mold to me. it looks like roots emerging from axial nodes but i see some browning. make sure the mist has some good baby tears quality ferts lightly in it in my opinion

true mold in a terrarium (essentially what that container is while capped) looks just like bread mold and diluted peroxide works fine as a mist or even just light hand removal of the bad areas. i see no mold here but id get them some ferts and feed before they decline.
