I got a dwarf lily, and I am wondering should I bury all its bulb into the substrate or not. What else should I take notice of?

If the bulb has already sprouted, go ahead and plant the bulb, if not, wait until roots and leaves are coming out, so you don't plant is upside down. Other then that, their pretty easy plants to grow. My only advice is, when a tall leaf goes up to the surface, cut it off after a day or two, to keep the plant lower to the ground. Otherwise they will tend to get tall and lanky looking.
