I was breaking a tank down and pulling plants and these are all over some of the plants roots. This tank has hydra and out if the 20-30 shrimp I had I have a sole survivor. Disappointing experience. But any help please as I'd like to transfer these plants to another tank
Best Pics I could get
No and no. I feed black worms but not to this tank, this tank has only ever had some cherry shrimp and a few tiger endlerS in it for the last month or so. The endlerS have been moved and when I started pulling plants this is what I got.
I believe they are just considered Aquatic Earthworms and I occassionally find them in my tank and almost always around the plant roots. Most likely they are feeding off of any dead/dying roots and leave the live roots alone. Hear is a site that shows them. http://www.nwnature.net/macros/worms.html
