Planaria?

I think these are planaria... just want to confirm before I start dosing fenbendazole. They are small so they are not long like I would imagine a worm to be.

Definitely do not look like Planaria to me.

14g Tall: Planted, eco-complete, Red Cherry Shrimp

16g Aqueon Bowfront: Planted, eco-complete, 8 Ember tetras, 7 Green neon tetras, 6 Harlequin Rasboras

36 Aqueon Bowfront: Planted, sand, 10 Julii cories, 8 Zebra Danios, 7 Cherry Barbs, Asst snails & Ghost shrimp

Should i just leave the seed shrimp? Ive read that it is a good sign of quality water...

The seed shrimp aren't really harmful, but they can be bothersome to look at when they're swarming all over your glass. One thing that helped me cut down on the numbers dramatically was using a feeding dish for my shrimp. I also periodically sucked them off the glass with a turkey baster when there was a good group of them. They're slowly disappearing.
