MTS keep uprooting my Dwarf baby tears...

so its been 3 nights in a row, i wake up , turn on the lights and half of my HC are uprooted. 4 MTS are under them..the last 2 nights i have moved the mts to the other side of the tank and they still make there way to my HC.. im thinking about trying to move the mts one last time but this time stick an algae wafer half way in the sand and see if i can get them to stay away from my hc. btw i took all the hc out and gave that area a good vacuum in case there was some burried food under them..

any thoughts or tips?

well so far, since there is a food source, all the mts have burrowed around the algae wafer lets see if they stay there.
