Anyone doing a "plant only" tank?

I did a brief search through threads and couldn't find any discussion on plant-only-no-fauna tanks.

My planted 20 is empty now, because I moved the fish in it to my planted 29 when I moved the goldfish out to the pond.

And I am really considering continuing with low tech, but plants only, just to see what I can do with the tank if there aren't goldfish blundering through, or cories snuffling along, or anyone taking bites out of anything.

Anyone else doing a plant only tank? I'm not talking about a grow out tank because you want to sell plants, or a large bowl that you throw your trimmings in to use in other tanks...

I'm sure it would be pretty - half the time you can't see the fish in a dense tank anyway.

Personally I would at least want a herd of Amano shrimp to some movement - and who can resist little leopard/false Julii cories!

I have a grow out plant only 10 gallon....though nothing in there is currently meant to always be in there.

Although I have two lace plants that I need to remove because they went from nothing to super nice lol

I had my 20 gallon like that for probably 4 months until I got the hang of balancing the co2 and ferts. Now that fish uproot some plants I wish I would've kept it plants only lol

I'm keeping my tank plant only for a while. Mainly because I am just learning the plant thing.
