co2 leakage?

So i just replaced my 5lb tank to 20lb tank.
initially the pressure was 800psi when i opened the tank valve. then it was 850 some time later on. then next day when co2 was turned off it was 900.
and when co2 was turned on during light time, its around 850.
(that day temp was real hot during day and cooler evening)

now, its staying around 850.
i sprayed soap water around all threads and i didnt see any fizzling bubbles.

whats the reason for my pressure fluctuations?
does room temp make a difference?
could it be a leakage?

to briefly answer. yes room temp fluctuates co2 tank ad output pressure. as tank pressure increases, output pressure decreases. as tank temperature deacreses, and pressure drops, output pressure rises meaning more gas is comming out of the regulator.
