Question do my plants need c02? (i list them)

I have a few 20gallon planted tanks.

lighting: dual T5 18 watt. 1 colormax bulb, 1 6,700K bulb
substrate: carib-sea floramax
c02: 2Litter yeast bottle with ceramic disk diffuser.
Dwarf Hairgrass
Hygrophila Corymbosa Kompakt
Guppy Grass
Telanthera Cardinalis
Water wisteria
Few differnet kinds of swords
Anubias Nana
Anubias Congensis
Anubias Afzelli
Narrow leaf java fern
windolev fern
water sprite
java moss
red wendtii
bronze wendtii
green cryptocorynes
caboma (carolina fanwort)
marimo balls
corkscrew vallis

I want to breed shrimp in these tanks so I am trying to get rid of the co2 but keep as many of these plants as I can. What plants do I need to get rid of?

Hard to tell... all plants need some carbon, and some is always available in the water. The plants you are listing are not especially demanding, so most of it should survive and keep growing, a bit slower and smaller than before.

Unless you max out CO2 levels, it won't hurt shrimp. Actually faster growing plants can lead to higher O2 levels (photosynthesis) which might be even advantageous.
