Which heater for 2.5g?

I have the hydor slim 7.5w and 15w versions, but I was wondering if there is a small heater thats adjustable... thinking 10watt heater or would a 25w work, so I don't have to unplug it in the summer.

Do they even make heaters this small for 2.5g? or just stick with hydor slims?

You've asked this quite a few times on the forum but there aren't many small heaters on the market that are adjustable. Not for tanks smaller than 5-7 gallons.

One option, though not adjustable, is the Deep Blue Professional Bettastik. Cobalt Aquatics also makes a 5w heater.

If you absolutely want something that's adjustable, Elite makes a 25w heater, as do most other heater manufacturers. Check any aquarium retailer in person or online.

In a tank so small, you'll want to spring for a $20 temperature controller to make sure you don't cook your tank.

i had this same predicament when looking for a heater to go in a betta bowl

i wanted something that was adjustable and less then 25 wts

its something that is very hard to find

i ended up choosing a hagen marina 10wt

even though it isn't adjustable, it claims to raise the tank just four degrees above room temperature

it works freakin great

I have the Archaea 25w and it is tiny, tiny, tiny. Pretty sure it is the smallest one n the market. Lord knows I looked long enough.

will that work for multiple heaters?

I was probably going to get more cheaper finnex controllers, unless that one works for a ton of heaters
