Help on lighting for a 29 gallon tank

I was hoping to get some suggestions on good lighting for a 29 gallon planted tank. I plan on using dirt substrate, and diy CO2, probably using two 2-liter bottles.

What would be my best lighting options? I would like to have the possibility of growing a carpet plant if I decide to do that. If anyone can link my some good fixtures that work for them that would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Deng...

I use Solarmax lighting. It's a bit pricey, but a good product. A company by the name of alphaprobreeders is a distributor.
