All aquarium fish would probably like blackworms more. As for brine shrimp, baby fry fish would like them.
Now.. I'd say raising and culturing brine shrimp... However I heard it requires a bit of work and the adults don't contain as much nutrition as their babies, but it's up to you to decide. As for blackworms, they are not that great of an idea, because it takes them forever to get going and multiply through fragmentation.. IMO so you're better off buying live worms to feed instead of culturing them. A good live food to culture in your spare tank would be daphnia. But the bad thing about culturing them is that you would have to monitor them pretty much everyday and provide them with clean aged fresh water and green water/algae powder food, which is time consuming, unless you have a lot of time in your hands..
