For the larger tank, you can get these suction-cup handles for moving glass. I have no idea what they are called, but I got some off ebay when I got my 180g tank. They make moving a large tank much easier.
As for the fish themselves, IMHO, you should bag 'em like you were going to ship them, keep your existing filters to maintain your active biofilter (assuming you are moving them right away), and hope for the best. You will inevitably have N cycles, but maybe using your existing filtration and maybe some products like Nite-Out or Seachem's AmGuard will minimize losses. Good luck!
