How about this light for a 10 gallon tank?

[Ebay Link Removed]

I have had dwarf hairgrass for about 3 months and it has not spread at all. Most of it has just died off.

My tank has a dirt substrate capped by regular gravel. I also use diy co2. Would this light be too much? I really want a nice carpet of dwarf hairgrass.

Thanks for any help.

Some things may not be in line, other than light supply. If there are ample nutrients and abundant co2 gas, it should kick back in gear. Eleocharis sp. seem to only grow for me after i decide to try and do away from them... why? i don't know..

they are slow growers and some species, even type localities(even ones that look identical in terms of size and shape,) grow even slower and with different spread habits i.e. parvula vs. "belem."
