I'm sure all will be well in due time (:

What plant is that, by the way? Been growing some plants but don't know any plant species or names, really! Thanks in advance.

I've kind of been toying with the idea of just letting all the trimmings stay floated, I let one stalk stay floated about a week ago & the redness is almost unreal to me

Yeah, but they seem to be bouncing back up nicely. My water sprite on the left side took over the middle where my Rotala is, so I had to do a deep trim on that leaving only two small plants (it was growing out of the water lol).

I left my Rotala cuttings bunched up under a light about 3 inches away from the surface & they are growing roots extremely rapidly. They will stay put floating, I dosed comprehensive right on top of them the other day & the roots nearly doubled in size the same day, I'm assuming they're doing extremely well at removing nitrates & keeping the water clean

&

My homemade food seems to be a hit for my shrimp! When I got them they were pretty much colorless, They seem to improve in color everyday & the babies are showing great coloring also

Main reason was because it was growing too fast, I started with maybe 5 stalks & got up to 25-30 ish stalks, hoping to get a wider growing bunch & a more uniform growth I trimmed them all, now each stalk is shooting out two plants so I am pretty excited for it to grow in
