HELP Anachris dying and I don't know why

I have a 20 gallon tank with a fluorescent plant spectrum light and gravel substrate.I dose with flourish excel seachem root tabs and florin multi from brightwell aquatics.Recently I purchased some anachris and it just slowly turns brown and dies. how can I fix this. I need help.

If I remember correctly anacharis and excel don't like each other, but I may be wrong...

Nope list all my anacheras when I started using excell

1 6 gallon
1 2 gallon 8" cube
1 10 gallon endlers tank
1 betta

Yep. Instantaneously exposing anacharis to a normal dose of Excel is almost guaranteed death. Start with 1/4 dose, and wait a week before each increase to 1/2, 3/4, and finally full dose. That should avoid death, but it may be many more weeks, even months, in my experience before it grows with normal vigor.

Or just write off anacharis. Plus hornwort, which has similar problems. Vals may initially melt, but usually recover with no action on your part.
